Staci

Well, I did have a peanut butter and banana sandwich for dinner.  After reading up on paleo and breastfeeding, it's not best for me to start it yet.  I'm still watching what I'm eating and not eating many carbs, but still keeping them in for 1 meal a day.  Also, I'm proud of myself that I did Lindsey's challenge last night and did 100 squats, crunches, and push ups! Tonight I did a mile on the treadmill too! My thighs hurt!

  1. Way to go Staci! I will plow you into Paleo once you are done breastfeeding. Many Moms do Paleo while breastfeeding, so I think it can be done, but I think doing it at a slower rate it the best thing. You probably wont lose much weight until you are done BF, but the baby is more important AND if you continue to eat right and do some Paleo meals, you are setting your body up for quick body fat loss when you are ready.
