So surprise, surprise.....I didn't work out today. I did run myself ragged, does that count?
Breakfast--scrambled eggs with sauteed mushrooms and onions and a little cheese mixed in. 2 pieces of bacon and a coffee.
lunch--another coffee and a salad with sliced pear, Gorgonzola cheese, roasted pecans and chicken with a Gorgonzola vinaigrette. Very yummy. I had a cup of mixed fresh fruit as a side that I ate later as a snack along with about a 1/4 cup of shredded coconut. Two glasses of water--probably not enough to counter act the caffeine though!
By dinner I was quite hungry...so when I was making bacon for the dinner I ended up eating about 2/5 pieces and a small handful of cashews. I was pretty full by the time I finished dinner. I wont do that again.....
Dinner--Chicken sauteed in a little bit of the left over bacon grease, then I tossed in Brussels spouts and seasonings. When it simmered down and the chicken was done I added a little whole milk and some Parmesan cheese and topped it with the bacon. Not to bad--pretty tasty! Ollie even ate the sprouts this time around!
Must exercise....must exercise....must exercise.....why is it so hard?
Yay Amber! at 14 days post your new measurements okay? I am anxious to see!
ReplyDeleteWorkout--really, just start out by doing 50 squats or do 20 burpees and call it a day. Don't set your goals for 30 minutes of intense workouts if you aren't used to it. You are doing so great!
