Just so you all don't feel bad--here is my ORIGINAL stats as of September 15, 2010:
Weight-187lbs
Bust-40in
Waist- 38in
Hips-48in
I didn't do my arms or thigh. Should have. Anyway....here is where it stands as of Today:
Weight-153lbs
Bust-36in
Waist-31in
Hips-38in
Still not where I want to be, but much better than I was. Hit a plateau in January and sat around for a while at 160lb until I tried Intermittent Fasting which rocked by body back into gear. Anyway...there you have it.
P.S. I so did not work out today. Tomorrow!
