Ok, so I think today went fairly well!
Here was my food for the day--Glad I read this at 7:00. I was seriously thinking about getting another snack. Geesh! I am going to have to go to bed early every day to get used to not eating at night!
Breakfast--2 eggs overhard, and two pieces of bacon, an medium apple and a cup of coffee.
Snack--a 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
Lunch-- two grilled chicken thighs and a bowl of spring mix, topped with 1/4 cup of goat's cheese and balsamic vinegar.
Dinner--Apple with Almond butter (which after eating I discovered had organic cane sugar). I was going to do something different for dinner but after I ate it I wasn't hungry any more and now it late and the kids ate mac-n-cheese so I wont be eating with them....
My measurements: These are rough--I think I need some to help me make sure I do it right.
Chest--43"

Arms--15''
Weight is 231lbs
