I was a good girl today. My goal for tomorrow is much much more water!
1 Medifast Cinnamon Roll Crunch Bar and Coffee w/ CoffeeMate
1 Medifast Chocolate Shake for Diabetics
2 Baby Bell cheeses and Diet Pepsi Max
1 Medifast Cinnamon Pretzel Sticks and smallish cup of water
2 Veggie burgers w/ stir fried Vegetables and smallish cup of water
1 large handful of Bacon Sunflower Seeds and 1 moderate handful of Pistachios (both were in shells)
