Monday was a good day. Met all my goals. Ate well and didn't eat after 3pm as per IF. I also worked out. I ran 1 mile (I actually was able to keep a running pace the entire time!!!) and then did 25 burpees in the garage. It felt good and crappy all at once.
Tuesday-I got sick! I finally caught AJ's cold, but I am trying to power through it. I drank about a gallon of green tea and raw honey. I took tons of vitamin D3. I ate well, except for dinner when I had part of a gluten free cupcake that we had for AJ's birthday. It was kinda yucky. I think I will be making our gluten free treats from now on, rather than the store bought mixes. Bluck!
No workout today as I was feeling like a snot factory.
Wednesday-Feeling better, just a bit congested. Goals-Eat proportionately. Light workout-100 squats, 100 sit ups, 100 push ups. Fight this cold off!! Tomorrow is James and Lindsey's Day of Fun where the kids go to sitters and we are going to spend all day together to celebrate our anniversary! I don't want to be sick!
