Breakfast- medium apple and tbsp almond butter
Lunch- salad with mixed greens, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, chicken, bacon, and honey mustard
Snack-2 strawberries, 4 celery stalks with tbsp almond butter
Dinner-chicken with mushrooms over sauteed spinach

I was thinking--if you send me a list of stuff that you really don't like to eat, I will see what recipes that I have that don't use those ingredients--hopefully we can get you several things in your cookbook that are easy and pleasing to all the mouths you have to feed!
