That looks awesome Staci! If you need workout ideas, let me know. But just so you know, weight loss is 80% diet and working out will tighten up muscles and aid in fat loss. So, what I am trying to say is, really really focus on getting your diet clean and steady, then you can really incorporate a workout schedule.
For now, I would say, pushups, squats, sit ups, walks with the kids, and occasional sprints will be your best friend.
