Staci-Look what I made!

I made this yumminess for breakfast today and thought I'd share!

It's just eggs, mushrooms, broccoli, sundried tomatoes, and of course bacon.  Yep, it was good.  

P.S. I did well today with my eating. Now to find time to actually get some workouts in.

  1. That looks awesome Staci! If you need workout ideas, let me know. But just so you know, weight loss is 80% diet and working out will tighten up muscles and aid in fat loss. So, what I am trying to say is, really really focus on getting your diet clean and steady, then you can really incorporate a workout schedule.

    For now, I would say, pushups, squats, sit ups, walks with the kids, and occasional sprints will be your best friend.
