I didn't exercise today but I worked my butt off in the house today. About three hours after waking, I started and did not stop until now...11:30pm. I did 3 loads of dishes, cleaned the kitchen, tended to kids, did 3 loads of laundry, went to the store, made treats for Hannah's school....I'm pooped. And boy did it keep my mind off snacking or getting hungry.

Bowl of beans w/ 3 corn tortillas
I add no lard to my beans, just a little olive oil. They turned out so well. Yum! That's why I decided to have them for lunch and dinner today.
