Well I eagerly got on the scale this morning. Our scale is really crappy. You can stand on it three times in a row and get a slightly different reading everytime. I'm going to go get a new one soon. From what I can tell, I look to have lost 1-2 lbs last week. Yesterday I gave into the pasta for my dad's birthday dinner. I don't regret it one bit. It was fabulous! I was good leading up to it and skipped on the birthday cake and ice cream. I do regret having 3 rolls. They were pretty small but I can tell that hasn't been a part of my diet because I was miserably full for hours. They were incredible. Michaelangelos is wonderful.
Coffee w/ CoffeeMate and a medifast bar
1 medifast chocolate shake
Venti Ice water
3 rolls some of bites dipped in olive oil and balsamic, Rigatoni w/ chicken and pancetta in a gorganzola cream sauce. Snagged 2 bites of my dad's tiramisu. 2 glasses of water.
Dinner was pretty early so later I had a snack of 1 baby bell cheese and a handful of pistachios in the shell.
